At SG Fit, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on sgfit.com, including workout programs, community memberships, nutrition guides, and merchandise powered by Shopify.

This policy applies to purchases made through SG Fit and our online store. It covers digital products, memberships, and physical merchandise sold through Shopify. You should also review any additional terms presented at checkout or in product descriptions.
Because our workout programs, community memberships, and nutrition guides are delivered digitally and accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable. Once a digital product or service has been delivered, we cannot reverse the access or undo the download.

Physical products purchased through our Shopify store are also non-refundable by default. This includes all merchandise, apparel, and shipped items.
If a physical item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately and include photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and determine whether replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Although our policy is strict, we may consider exceptions in limited cases such as:
Exceptions are reviewed case-by-case. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, but we will respond promptly and fairly.
To request a refund or report a purchase issue, please contact SG Fit within 14 days of the transaction. Provide the following information:

All payments are processed through Stripe or Paystack. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note that any fees charged by payment processors are outside our control and may not be refundable.
Third-party providers such as Shopify, Stripe and Paystack have their own policies. Your purchase may also be subject to their terms and conditions.
If the issue is related to a third-party service, we may need to coordinate with that provider to resolve it and complete any approved refund.
SG Fit reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the policy terms. If a refund is denied, we will explain the reason and offer alternatives when appropriate.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of SG Fit means you accept the revised policy.
